I’m a happy camper. Just had a delightfully scrumptious sensible healthy breakfast. You could say I included all the food groups in the pyramid in one.

What? You want to know the magical concoction I had for breakfast?

Well…I had a slice of cheese crust pizza with vegetables and meats, a slice of pineapple and black grapes, a pice of carrot cake and a glass of milk. Nothing beats my breakfast today. 😛
